Residential builds & major renovations
Structural upgrades, extensions, complete transformations, new builds and complex renovations.
My construction background started hands-on and developed across multiple trades, licensed building, specialist finishes, remediation, project management and property development.
I was introduced to construction at a young age through my father, who was a plasterer and painter. Some of my earliest memories are being around building sites, helping sand houses and labouring. After leaving school I worked with different builders before moving to Australia and continuing to learn across the industry.
Over the years my hands-on experience has included plasterboard sheeting and fixing, plastering, painting, roofing, steel framing, suspended ceilings, shop fit-outs, carpentry, waterproofing and high-end architectural work. I later gained formal qualifications and licences across multiple areas and progressed into supervising, project management and licensed building.
I ran a successful plastering and construction business for around eight years, working on large residential and multi-unit projects, commercial fit-outs and high-end private residences. Specialist work included three-storey homes, dome and coffered ceilings, suspended systems, ornamental cornices, decorative wall and ceiling panels, steel framing and detailed architectural finishes.
The work below reflects the types of construction, renovation, remedial and property-delivery experience I have built over the years.

Structural upgrades, extensions, complete transformations, new builds and complex renovations.

Land clearing, cut-and-fill, access roads, driveways, retaining, drainage and machinery coordination.

Carpentry, framing, roofing and the sequencing required to keep structural renovation work moving.

Working with consultants, trades, suppliers and contractors from planning through construction and handover.

Detailed plastering, suspended systems, architectural ceilings, ornamental work and premium finishing.

Waterproofing systems, rising damp, moisture-related defects, remediation and restoration coordination.
My background includes major commercial and healthcare fit-outs, specialist plastering, high-end private residences and detailed architectural finishes. I have also spent around six years in professional mould remediation and restoration across Queensland and New South Wales, which gave me a different understanding of how moisture, defects and building conditions affect properties over time.
That mix of construction and remediation experience is useful because I can look at a building from more than one angle: how it was built, how it is performing, where problems can develop and how the repair or redevelopment process should be sequenced.

Today I use my construction experience alongside property investment and development. I work directly with town planners, architects, engineers, certifiers, councils, government authorities, contractors and trades from the early concept and approval stages through construction and completion.
Because I have built projects with my own money and on my own properties, I understand the decisions from both sides. I look at buildability, sequencing, approvals, cost, site constraints, long-term use and the opportunity to create value — then work through the practical steps needed to deliver it.
