From the tools to property development.
I have spent around 20 years working across construction, property and business. I started out on the tools, learning across plastering, painting, roofing, steel framing, suspended ceilings, shop fit-outs, carpentry, waterproofing and specialist architectural work. Over time that developed into formal qualifications, licensed building, business ownership, project management, property investment and development.
Today, much of my focus is on finding opportunities and working out what is possible — renovating an existing home, repositioning a property, subdividing land, progressing approvals, coordinating consultants or developing a site from the ground up. I have done this with my own properties and my own money, so I understand the process from an owner’s perspective as well as from the construction side.

Construction taught me how buildings go together. Property taught me how value is created. Business taught me how important people, systems, communication and momentum are. Having worked across all three gives me a practical way of looking at opportunities and delivery.

My background includes residential and commercial construction, high-end architectural finishes, waterproofing and remedial work, mould restoration, civil works, renovations, new builds and complex property transformations.
Built from broad experience
Over the years I have worked across plasterboard sheeting and fixing, plastering, painting, roofing, steel framing, suspended ceilings, shop fit-outs, carpentry, waterproofing and high-end architectural work. I later gained qualifications and licences across multiple areas, including builder, carpentry, plastering, painting and waterproofing.
Specialist and remedial work
I ran a plastering and construction business for around eight years, working on large residential and multi-unit projects, commercial and healthcare fit-outs, high-end private residences and detailed architectural finishes including dome and coffered ceilings, ornamental cornices and suspended systems. I also developed extensive waterproofing, rising-damp and remediation experience.

Property, construction and business are a big part of my life, but they are not the most important part. I am a husband and father of two, and family sits at the centre of everything I do.
We enjoy travelling together, experiencing different countries and cultures, getting outdoors and creating memories as a family. I enjoy staying active and training, and I have always had a love for old and classic cars. For me, success is also about creating the freedom to spend time with the people who matter.
