I’m an entrepreneur, investor and licensed builder with around 20 years of experience across construction, business ownership, property investment and development.
Construction was part of my life from an early age.
I was introduced to construction through my father, who was a plasterer and painter. Some of my earliest memories are going along to jobs, helping sand houses, labouring and simply being around building sites.
After leaving school I worked with different builders before moving to Australia, where I continued building hands-on experience across plasterboard sheeting and fixing, plastering, painting, roofing, steel framing, suspended ceilings, shop fit-outs, carpentry, waterproofing and high-end architectural work.
I never followed one straight path. I learned by getting on the tools, taking opportunities and continually adding to my experience. Over time I gained formal qualifications and licences across multiple areas of construction, completed my Certificate IV in Building & Construction, progressed into supervising and managing projects and built businesses of my own.
Two decades across residential, commercial, specialist and remedial work.
I ran a successful plastering and construction business for around eight years, delivering work across large residential and multi-unit projects, commercial fit-outs, high-end private residences and specialist architectural finishes.
That specialist work included three-storey homes, large dome and coffered ceilings, suspended ceiling systems, ornamental cornices, decorative wall and ceiling panels, steel framing and detailed high-end finishes. I also developed extensive waterproofing and remedial construction experience, including rising damp and specialised waterproofing systems, and completed major commercial and healthcare fit-outs valued in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Understanding buildings from both construction and remediation perspectives.
For around six years I have also been involved in professional mould remediation and restoration across Queensland and New South Wales. That experience covered residential and commercial properties, moisture-related building issues, containment, remediation and restoration coordination.
Working in remediation added another layer to how I assess buildings. It gave me practical insight into how moisture, defects, construction methods and building conditions affect a property over time — knowledge that carries directly into renovation, construction and property due diligence.
The focus expanded from building to the entire property process.
As my career developed, I began buying properties myself, renovating homes, moving and raising houses, completing subdivisions and strata-title projects, and building multiple homes on development sites. I am currently working through my eleventh personal house project.
My property and development experience has included major renovations, new builds, house relocations, subdivisions, land clearing, earthworks, access roads, driveways, infrastructure and site preparation. I have worked directly with town planners, architects, engineers, certifiers, councils, government authorities, contractors and trades from early concept and approvals through to construction and completion.
What I enjoy most is solving problems. I like looking at a property or project, working out what is possible and finding a practical way forward. Because I have done these things with my own properties and my own money, I understand the process from an owner’s perspective as well as from the construction side.

My approach is simple: communicate clearly, respect people’s time, deal with issues directly and keep moving. I value safety, quality, honesty and doing what you say you are going to do.
Family comes first.
While property, construction and business are a big part of my life, they are not the most important part. I am a husband and father of two, and family is at the centre of everything I do.
My wife and kids have been alongside me through the ups and downs of building businesses, taking on projects and chasing new opportunities. We love travelling together, experiencing different countries and cultures, getting outdoors and creating memories as a family.
I enjoy staying active and training, and I have always had a love for old and classic cars. Business has given me plenty of goals to chase, but success for me is also about having the freedom to spend time with the people who matter and enjoy the life you are working hard to create.
